SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

BSc in engineering or related field. Experience in PWA supervision of Building projects.
Mandatory to have MMUP (Grade A) registration.
Responsible for the coordination of quantity surveying for the preparation/review of bills of quantities, rate analysis, and other commercial activities for the projects.
Responsible for checking and certification of payments to the contractors and consultants. Provide Quantity Surveying support related to the Project(s).
Minimum 20 years of post-graduate experience, and 10 years minimum in the same role/ experience. Contracts Management experience, including resolution of contractual matters.
Experience in Contract types including: FIDIC and Government forms. Experience of working with Design-Bid-Build, Design and Build, and Supervision Consultants Contracts in particular, or a working knowledge of the same
Candidates with Chartered membership shall be preferred
