SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- BSc in engineering or related field. Experience in PWA supervision of Building projects.
- Mandatory to have MMUP (Grade A) registration.
- Responsible for the coordination of quantity surveying for the preparation/review of bills of quantities, rate analysis, and other commercial activities for the projects.
- Responsible for checking and certification of payments to the contractors and consultants. Provide Quantity Surveying support related to the Project(s).
- Minimum 20 years of post-graduate experience, and 10 years minimum in the same role/ experience. Contracts Management experience, including resolution of contractual matters.
- Experience in Contract types including: FIDIC and Government forms. Experience of working with Design-Bid-Build, Design and Build, and Supervision Consultants Contracts in particular, or a working knowledge of the same
- Candidates with Chartered membership shall be preferred
