Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our firm. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field. Responsibilities will include accurately estimating project costs, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing tender documents. The Quantity Surveyor will also be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Major Responsibilities:

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Preparation of complete BOQ
• Preparation of Cost schedule and cash flow management
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
