Senior Quantity Surveyor

Basic Duties & Responsibilities

Hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a Semi Government Developer in Ras Al Khaimah.

Major Responsibilities are:

• Reviewing tender documents received from the Consultants
• Tendering for Main Contractor, Consultants and other service providers
• Follow up for the tender submission
• Tendering provisional sum items
• Evaluation of offers
• Preparation of tender reports

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in the UAE working with a Developer or Consultant
• 8+ years experience
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Has worked in Building projects in the UAE
• Must be very good in Excel and other Microsoft programs
• Proficient in CAD Software
• Good Communication skills
• Can work under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
