Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team at Shaanxi Construction in Dubai Island. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the construction industry, with strong expertise in both Civil and MEP works. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and cost management skills, capable of handling project estimations, tendering, budgeting, and contract administration efficiently. The candidate should be well-versed in project coordination, cost control, and value engineering, ensuring that all financial aspects of construction projects are managed effectively from inception to completion.
