About the Role:
- The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage cost and commercial matters for a PMC assignment on a major campus project.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets
- Monitor financial performance and variations
- Ensure compliance with cost control procedures
- Coordinate with project controls and finance teams
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 20 years of experience
- Mandatory cost management experience on a university or institutional campus project
