Our IT team is looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and delivery. This role is critical to ensuring complex technical initiatives move from idea to execution with clarity, predictability, and momentum.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads to translate requirements into actionable plans, keep delivery on track, and remove obstacles before they become risks. What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivery Planning & Execution

Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to translate BRDs and requirements into clear, executable delivery plans.

Define and maintain realistic timelines, milestones, and schedules across multiple teams and systems.

Track day-to-day progress, ensuring tasks move forward and following up with owners to prevent delays.

Own delivery accountability by clearly answering:
Are we on track, and if not, what are we doing about it?
Cross-Team Coordination & Risk Management

Manage dependencies across frontend, backend, ERP, integrations, infrastructure, and supporting systems.

Identify, track, and escalate risks, blockers, and delivery threats early, while driving mitigation options.

Support Engineering Managers in protecting team focus and managing scope changes during sprints and delivery cycles.

Monitor work-in-progress, bottlenecks, and context switching to improve delivery flow and predictability.
Agile Delivery & Process Excellence

Plan and facilitate core agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews/demos, and retrospectives.

Ensure Jira boards remain accurate, transparent, and reliable, with clearly defined ownership and deliverable work items.

Break down work into testable, incremental deliverables that support smooth development and QA cycles.

Help teams improve estimation, planning discipline, and delivery predictability over time.

Drive continuous improvement across the SDLC by identifying friction points and implementing practical, value-driven process enhancements.
Stakeholder Communication

Provide concise, structured status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, decisions needed, and timeline impact.

Ensure leadership has clear visibility into delivery health without unnecessary noise or ambiguity.
What You Bring to the Table:

2–5 years of experience as a
Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery practices.

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams across multiple systems and platforms.

Hands-on experience using Jira (or similar tools) to manage delivery and execution.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.

Clear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
