About the Role

Experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Architecture & Interiors Design & Build team. The role involves end-to-end cost management—from estimation and budgeting to contract administration and final accounts—working closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and site teams to deliver high-quality projects within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets for architectural, interior, and MEP works

• Support tendering and procurement, including bid evaluation and contractor

recommendations

• Administer contracts, including billing, variations, and change orders

• Track project costs, cash flow, and prepare periodic cost reports

• Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities

• Participate in value engineering while protecting design intent

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams on commercial matters

• Assist in final accounts and post-project cost analysis

Required Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in architecture, interiors, or design & build projects

• Strong experience in interior fit-outs / construction / turnkey projects preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and specifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation/cost-control tools

• Ability to read and quantify from architectural and interior drawings

• Good commercial judgment and negotiation skills

• Strong attention to detail and cost discipline

• Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
