Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the costs and budgets of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate cost estimates, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for various project stages.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements.

Monitor project progress, track costs, and make adjustments to stay within budget.

Review and assess contract documents, including tender submissions and final accounts.

Manage the procurement process, including selecting contractors and suppliers.

Negotiate contract terms, variations, and claims.

Provide advice on cost-effective solutions and strategies to improve project efficiency.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Assist with the preparation of monthly reports for project stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of cost estimating, project management, and contract law.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management software.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
