Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates for facilities management projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in MEP, maintenance, and soft services, with strong technical understanding and the ability to analyze tender documents, evaluate costs, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for FM projects, including MEP, maintenance, and soft services.
• Ensure all estimates align with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to fully understand project scope.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, tools, and subcontracted services.
• Obtain, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Participate in site visits, surveys, and pre‑bid meetings when required.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to validate and enhance estimate accuracy.
• Identify and quantify risks, exclusions, clarifications, and assumptions involved in the estimation.
• Maintain and update the cost database, supplier details, subcontractor lists, and historical pricing records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in estimation for FM, MEP, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures, FM services, and MEP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, estimation software, and cost analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
