Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize contract documents, attend post-contract meetings, and ensure timely collection of bonds, insurances, and warranties.
• Monitor project budgets, prepare cost-to-complete (CTC) reports, and carry out cost-value reconciliation to keep management informed of project performance.
• Conduct site visits for measurement, prepare interim and final valuations, and follow up on payment certificates and client payments.
• Detect variations and changes to the contract in liaison with the project team and prepare, submit, negotiate, and follow up on variations.
• Liaise with project team and head office staff, attend meetings, and support all commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in swimming pool construction/ landscape.
• Civil Engineering Degree/ HSN in Quantity Surveying
