Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities at all stages of the project
• Evaluate contractor claims and certify interim and final payments
• Conduct cost estimation and budgeting
• Review and analyze tenders and prepare commercial recommendations
• Coordinate with design and supervision teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare regular financial and cost reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience within the UAE in consultancy or construction sectors
