Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Interior & Fit-Out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tendering, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration for interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The Quantity Surveyor will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and commercial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for interior fit-out, joinery, MEP, and civil works.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Prepare tender submissions, pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for comparison and evaluation.
• Conduct material quantity verification and cost analysis.

Cost Management & Budgeting

• Prepare project budgets and cost plans.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures remain within approved budgets.
• Track project variations, change orders, and additional works.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and valuation reports.

Contract Administration

• Review contracts, subcontracts, and commercial terms.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and payment certificates.
• Manage project variations and contractual correspondences.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, designers, and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and progress assessments.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement and material utilization.
• Support the project team in resolving commercial and contractual issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost reports, and valuation statements.
• Maintain records of quantities, estimates, contracts, and variations.
• Ensure all commercial documentation complies with company and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, and Construction Projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, joinery, civil, and MEP scope.
• Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, or luxury fit-out projects preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
