Floating tenders to Technically and Commercially competent parties, preparation of comparative statement, and evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of various parties for the finalization of sub-contracts.
Undertake quantity take-offs for Civil, Structure, Architectural works using IS 1200, POMI or other similar
standards. Use software tools (e.g., Cost X, AutoCAD) for quantity take-off and summarize quantities, transfer
data into BOQs or cost plans including carrying out bulk checks. Draft or Validate Bills of Quantities including
carrying out bulk checks.
Prepare cost plans at different design stages including Concept, Schematic, and Design Development. Analyse
and adjust unit rates, price BOQ items, support value engineering exercises, collect market quotations, and assist
in tender estimates and cost plan reportings.
Carryout procurement related tasks such as preparing PQ documentation, maintaining tender schedules,
managing tender events, issuing documentation, evaluating tenders and drafting tender reports. Experience in
working with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, CPWD) and assisting in compiling final contract document

Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly.

Total Professional Experience shall be 7 - 8 years with at least 4 years of experience in Building Projects.
