Are you strong with numbers and construction costs?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our renovation projects. These are important and high-value projects.

In this role, you will manage project costs, contracts, and payments. You will make sure the project stays within budget while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets
• Monitor project expenses and control costs
• Prepare BOQs and tender documents
• Review contractor bills and payment claims
• Track variations and change orders
• Maintain proper cost records and reports
• Work closely with project managers and site teams
• Ensure project stays within approved budget
• Use standard quantity surveying software and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in quantity surveying / civil engineering or related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in quantity surveying
• At least 5 years experience in similar large construction or renovation projects
• Ashghal Renovation Projects Experience is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Experience using industry-standard QS software
• Good understanding of project budgeting and reporting
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
