Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our cost management and financial control operations across all projects. As a key member of our team, you will ensure accurate quantities, comprehensive cost estimates, and effective budget management throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and comprehensive budgets for all project phases
• Review contractor and consultant invoices to ensure compliance with contracts and defined scope of work
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and report on key financial metrics with accuracy and timeliness
• Liaise with contracts and procurement teams for cost verification and variation orders management
• Support tender evaluation and contract administration processes
• Ensure financial documentation is complete and accurate for project completion and handover

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar role in construction, engineering, or project management
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project budgeting
• Excellent knowledge of contract management, variation orders, and invoice verification
• Advanced proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Professional qualification (ARICS, RICS, or equivalent certification preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
