Key Responsibilities

Radiology Operations Management:

• Oversee daily radiology department operations including MRI CT X ray and Ultrasound services
• Ensure optimal scheduling workflow efficiency and patient turnaround times

Quality and Compliance:

• Maintain compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and international radiology standards
• Implement quality assurance programs and safety protocols

Team Leadership:

• Lead train and mentor radiologists technologists and support staff
• Conduct performance reviews and foster a high performing team culture

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to expand radiology services
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with physicians hospital partners and internal departments
• Ensure clear communication of imaging results and service expectations

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 12 years in radiology or diagnostic imaging services
• At least 3 to 5 years in a senior or leadership role

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Radiology Medical Imaging Healthcare Management or related field
• Relevant certifications or postgraduate qualifications preferred

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of radiology equipment imaging protocols and PACS systems
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and quality standards

Leadership Skills:

• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Strong decision making problem solving and organizational skills

Communication:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Arabic language is an advantage

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼29,000.00 per month
