Senior RAS Training Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our Regional Surgical Robotics team.

In this role, you will lead impactful training initiatives, drive competitive readiness, and collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and global medical education to design and continuously improve Robotic Assisted Surgery programs.

You will also plan and execute Healthcare professionals and internal employees training programs, ensuring seamless delivery, strong coordination, and effective reporting. Leveraging your technical and clinical expertise, you will train, educate, and inspire field personnel, new hires, and surgeons as needed.

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects effectively, and is comfortable with non-traditional work hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and continuously improve training programs and serve as a subject matter expert for Education program projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Centers of Excellence and proctors to develop and execute a sustainable annual education plan.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs and manage all arrangements around those events.
  • Manage participant enrollment, communications, and post-training follow-up; track attendance, effectiveness, and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver training on Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technologies, therapies, and procedures, including hands on, classroom, and virtual sessions for internal teams and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in training, event coordination, clinical, technical, or commercial roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS), capital equipment, or similar advanced technologies; clinical/operating room exposure is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and event management tools.
  • Knowledge of HCP compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and other languages is a plus.
  • Professional work ethic with willingness to travel up to 20%.

Pay range: Croatia: 42,400.00 EUR - 63,600.00 EUR; Czechia: 880,000.00 CZK - 1,320,000.00 CZK; Hungary: 10,960,000.00 HUF - 16,440,000.00 HUF; Poland: 162,400.00 PLN - 243,600.00 PLN.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
