We're looking for a senior React engineer to build scalable, high-performance web applications for our online retail platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in React and frontend performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex, responsive React-based UI components.
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
- Implement state management (Redux, Context API, or Recoil).
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs seamlessly into the UI.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews.
- Work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- React (Hooks, Context API, Redux, React Query).
- Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
- Hands-on with Next.js or SSR frameworks.
- CI/CD exposure (Webpack, Babel, pipelines).
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
- E-commerce/retail domain experience.
