Senior React Native| Banking

• Lead Mobile Development:

Drive the design and development of mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms, focusing on performance, quality, and scalability.

• Architecture and Design:

Create and maintain the architecture for mobile applications, ensuring high standards of security and efficiency.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experience.

• Mentorship and Leadership:

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with backend developers and product managers to define and refine application features and functionalities.
Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Testing and Debugging:

Implement robust testing frameworks, including unit and integration tests, to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
Identify and troubleshoot issues, optimizing application performance based on user feedback and metrics.

• Stay Current:

Keep up with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development, proactively recommending improvements and innovations.
Participate actively in the mobile development community, representing the company at conferences and meetups.

• Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, coding practices, and application architecture for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years focusing on React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs integration.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile development lifecycle and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns and architecture.
