Senior React Native Developer

Client Company:

Hiring for European based IT Service and Consulting firm.

Job Descriptions:

*The company is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Developer* with a minimum of 5 years of overall mobile development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience in React Native. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in mobile application development and demonstrate proficiency in React Native.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities of mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and scalability of mobile applications across different devices and platforms.
• Integrate with backend APIs and external services to fetch and update data in mobile applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of mobile applications to identify and resolve issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development and recommend improvements to enhance the development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in React Native.
• Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and related libraries and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of mobile application development principles, including UI/UX design, performance optimization, and platform-specific considerations.
• Experience with integrating APIs and working with backend systems.
• Familiarity with mobile development tools, such as Xcode and Android Studio, and debugging tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (not required, but considered a plus):

• Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS or Android) using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.
• Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes and app store guidelines.
• Experience with other mobile frameworks such as Flutter or Xamarin.
• Understanding of backend technologies and RESTful API development.
