Senior ReactJs Developer

Key Responsibilities

Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical specs into functional, intuitive user interfaces.

Collaborate with product and design teams to conceptualize, prototype, and refine UI/UX solutions.

Build responsive, high-performance web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).

Ensure consistency and usability through reusable components and design systems.

Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and collect feedback to continuously improve user experience.

Identify and fix UI issues and performance bottlenecks.

Maintain accessibility and adhere to WCAG standards across all digital products.

Document front-end code, patterns, and workflows for scalability and team collaboration.

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern JS framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).

Experience working with design systems (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS).

Familiarity with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

Experience implementing responsive and adaptive UI for web and mobile.

Understanding of cross browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.

Ability to integrate APIs and work closely with backend developers.

Soft Skills

Strong visual and interaction design instincts.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality user experiences.

Ability to iterate quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with animations and transitions using CSS or JavaScript libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP).

Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.

Knowledge of accessibility tools (e.g., Axe, Lighthouse) and testing frameworks.

Experience with user research, surveys, and usability studies.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field or equivalent practical experience

2.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
