Job Title

Real Estate Account Manager & Compliance Controller

Role Objective

The Real Estate Account Manager & Compliance Controller is responsible for overseeing end-to-end compliance, documentation, and operational timelines across real estate activities, including leasing, buy & sale, off-plan, and WIP assets.
The role focuses on control, coordination, monitoring, and timely compliance, ensuring that all stakeholders (legal, finance, operations, sales, and project teams) meet regulatory and internal requirements—without directly performing legal work, ground operations, or detailed accounting entries.

Role Scope (What This Role Is / Is Not)

This Role IS Responsible For:

· Compliance oversight

· Documentation control

· Operational monitoring

· Timelines, checklists, and reporting

· Cross-department coordination

This Role Is NOT Responsible For:

· Drafting legal documents or providing legal opinions

· Site-level / ground operations or inspections

· Posting accounting entries or bookkeeping

Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance Oversight & Control

· Ensure all real estate activities comply with applicable regulations, authority requirements, and internal policies.

· Maintain a compliance calendar and track due dates for renewals, filings, registrations, and approvals.

· Monitor compliance status for leasing, buy & sale, off-plan projects, and WIP assets.

· Escalate risks, delays, or non-compliance to management in a timely manner.

· Ensure compliance tasks are completed by responsible teams within defined timelines.

Documentation Management & Governance

· Ensure completeness, accuracy, and availability of documentation related to:

o Buy & sale transactions

o Leasing and renewals

o Off-plan projects and SPAs

o WIP assets and project approvals

· Verify that documents prepared by legal, sales, or operations teams meet compliance and authority requirements.

· Maintain document trackers, version control, and audit-ready records.

· Coordinate with legal teams for reviews—without drafting or negotiating legal clauses.

Account Management & Stakeholder Coordination

· Act as a central coordination point between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

· Ensure client and investor commitments are tracked, communicated, and fulfilled on time.

· Oversee account-level compliance and documentation readiness.

· Ensure smooth handover of requirements between sales, operations, finance, and legal teams.

Buy & Sale, Off-Plan & WIP Oversight (Non-Operational)

· Monitor compliance milestones for buy & sale transactions (booking, transfer, registration, handover).

· Track off-plan project compliance status, authority approvals, and documentation readiness.

· Oversee WIP asset compliance from a control and reporting perspective, not cost booking or payment processing.

· Ensure required approvals, certificates, and documentation are in place before milestone progression.

Financial & Accounting Interface (Non-Posting Role)

· Coordinate with finance teams to ensure:

o Monthly closing timelines are met

o Required compliance and documentation inputs are provided on time

o Exceptions or discrepancies are highlighted and resolved

· Review summary reports and dashboards—without performing accounting entries or reconciliations.

Reporting & Management Updates

· Prepare compliance dashboards, status reports, and exception reports for management.

· Provide visibility on:

o Compliance status

o Documentation gaps

o Delays and risks

o Upcoming deadlines

· Support internal and external audits through documentation readiness and coordination.

Required Profile & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management, or related field.

· 6–10 years of experience in real estate compliance, account management, or operational control roles.

· Strong exposure to real estate operations without hands-on legal or accounting execution.

· Experience coordinating with legal, finance, sales, and operations teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
