Senior Real Estate Accountant & Compliance Controller

We're Hiring: Senior Real Estate Accountant & Compliance Controller | Al Haramain Perfumes

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Real Estate Accountant & Compliance Controller with 5–7 years of UAE real estate accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

This role demands full ownership of financial finalization, reporting integrity, compliance oversight, and real estate accounting across diversified property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end accounting and independent financial finalization
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• MIS reporting, project profitability analysis, and financial performance reviews
• Real estate transaction accounting (sales, leasing, off-plan, rental income)
• VAT and Corporate Tax compliance in accordance with UAE regulations
• Receivables, payables, cash flow, and bank reconciliation management
• Audit coordination and maintenance of robust financial controls
• Supervision of junior accounting staff and ERP system oversight (PACT / Odoo)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Mandatory)
• CA / ACCA / CPA qualification (Preferred)
• Strong UAE real estate accounting background
• Proven expertise in IFRS, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting capabilities
