Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and results‑driven Senior Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who brings deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior agents while consistently delivering high sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a strong pipeline of qualified buyers and sellers
• Conduct high‑level property presentations, viewings, and negotiations
• Advise clients on pricing strategies, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Maintain expert knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and real estate regulations
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and admin staff to support the sales process
• Mentor and support junior agents when required
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a strong track record in the UAE market
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate
• Professional appearance and a leadership‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and guide others when needed
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
