Job Description

Quadspire Real Estate is expanding.

We are looking for motivated real estate professionals based in Dubai.

This role is fully commission-based, with the potential to earn up to 65% commission.

We want professionals who can build relationships, generate business, and close deals.

We also welcome candidates who are new to real estate but have prior sales experience in other industries.

If you have a strong sales background and are willing to transition into the real estate industry, we are open to training and supporting you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert property leads
• Build relationships with buyers and investors
• Advise clients on Dubai real estate opportunities
• Promote villas, apartments, and investment properties
• Conduct viewings and negotiations
• Close deals and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai / UAE
• Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
• Sales experience in any industry is welcome
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Passion for real estate sales
• Must be comfortable with a commission-based role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED250,000.00 per month
