Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Recruiter with strong experience in high‑volume hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates while maintaining excellent hiring quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for bulk or mass‑hiring projects.
  • Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, recruitment campaigns, and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlisting for a variety of roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Manage walk‑in interviews, hiring events, and recruitment drives.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with HR and operations teams to support smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in mass hiring.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Experience managing high‑volume hiring targets and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • Ability to source candidates using creative and efficient recruitment channels.

  • Bachelor's (Required)
