Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening and selection of candidates.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Responsible to provide the candidate, a basic information about the job and MPH and request in return all information needed for the initial contact.
  • Handle all communications with the candidate during the screening process and scheduling of interviews according to recruitment process.
  • Responsible that team maintain an exhaustive database for future prospect.
  • Responsible apply effective sourcing processes and reporting systems in place.
  • Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies along with team.
  • Engage in regular networking with the candidates for database growth.
  • Responsible to update and adhere to the KPI's set by management.
  • Responsible to train new recruit and mentor recruiters and sourcing specialist.
  • Responsible to prepare induction of their industries.
Employee Profile Educational Qualification, Skills & Experience
  • Degree or Masters , Diploma in Human Resource Management is a plus
  • Minimum three years of Recruitment Experience is mandatory
  • Experience recruiting for the French market is highly preferred
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
