Position Overview:

GPT Renewables is seeking a driven and organized Sr Recruiter to support our growing renewable energy workforce across utility-scale and community solar projects nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hiring environments, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping teams grow within the clean energy industry.

In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for skilled trades, field operations, and professional positions while partnering closely with leadership to meet project staffing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for renewable energy roles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from outreach through onboarding coordination
• Post and maintain job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate pre-qualifications
• Build pipelines of electricians, laborers, project managers, and renewable energy professionals
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and project timelines
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting documentation
• Attend hiring events, career fairs, and industry networking opportunities as needed
• Support workforce planning and recruiting strategy initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, skilled trades, staffing, or renewable energy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Experience recruiting for solar or electrical roles is preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a drug screen & basic background check

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
