Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is hiring a highly skilled Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager with strong experience in agency-based recruitment. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of proven experience in headhunting, talent sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic networking, and the ability to manage full recruitment operations while ensuring high-quality talent delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop strong client relationships and clearly understand their hiring needs.
  • Design recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates across different sectors.

Headhunting & Talent Sourcing

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.
  • Apply advanced headhunting techniques for senior and specialized roles.
  • Maintain a strong, updated talent pipeline for urgent and critical positions.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Provide insights on salary trends, market conditions, and talent availability.
  • Ensure recruitment delivery meets client expectations and timelines.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of recruiters.
  • Train team members on sourcing techniques and communication skills.
  • Ensure all daily recruitment targets and KPIs are achieved.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Stay updated on hiring trends, industry insights, and salary movements.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, performance metrics, and client feedback summaries.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Process Compliance

  • Ensure all recruitment processes follow company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with HR and legal for documentation accuracy.
  • Improve recruitment workflows for better performance and transparency.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a recruitment agency.
  • Strong background in headhunting, executive search, and client management.

Skills

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
