We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and partner closely with our Product organization. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping attract and hire exceptional talent that strengthens both our business and our culture.

This role will primarily support core Product functions, including Product Management, Design, Product Development, and adjacent technical teams. At the same time, you’ll flex to support Brand and Marketing hiring needs, recognizing that these disciplines are deeply connected—from product creation through brand storytelling and consumer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner for Product and Brand teams, owning full‑cycle recruiting and building strong, trusted relationships with hiring leaders.
  • Flex to support recruiting needs across the broader organization, recruiting across departments as needed and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define role requirements and build thoughtful recruiting strategies.
  • Develop proactive sourcing plans and talent pipelines aligned with both immediate and longer-term needs.
  • Evaluate candidates using a consistent, equitable, and values-aligned assessment approach.
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and process guidance.
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience through timely communication and meaningful feedback.
  • Partner with Compensation and People & Culture Business Partners to develop offers and support negotiations.
  • Support internal mobility by thoughtfully engaging and considering internal candidates.
  • Use recruiting data and insights to monitor pipeline health, surface bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.

Experience You Bring

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in a consultative, advisory capacity.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools.
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
  • Strong understanding of interview techniques, candidate assessment, and equitable hiring practices.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for Product Management, Design, Product Development, or other product-facing roles.
  • Experience recruiting for Brand, Marketing, Creative, or consumer-facing teams where product and brand are closely integrated.
  • Background recruiting within consumer, outdoor, apparel, or purpose-driven organizations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in evolving, fast-paced environments.

Hiring Range : $125,000 - $145,000 USD Annual

At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget. Note the full pay range for this role ranges from: $119,000 - $178,000 USD Annual. The Hiring Range reflects where in the range we intend to hire for this role.

Workplace Location Overview

This position is Hybrid , with a standard schedule of Tuesday - Thursday on-site and remote work on other days. Occasional additional office visits may be required for team events or critical meetings.
