Senior Recruiting Specialist

This is a Full-Time role with hours ranging 30-40 per week.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist to support the recruitment of highly skilled professionals across technical, engineering, and planning functions. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring talent in areas such as factory design, manufacturing excellence, quality & supplier management, project management, supply chain, and digital solutions to support both internal initiatives and external client projects.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a sales-oriented approach to recruiting. This role requires the ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle while delivering a high level of customer service to both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, engineering, and planning roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to collect requisition requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring timelines.
  • Create and publish job postings on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct active sourcing to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers and leadership on candidate suitability.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Coordinate all interview stages and hiring manager interviews.
  • Manage the offer process, including preparing and communicating job offers and facilitating candidate acceptance.

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools for key technical roles.
  • Proactively identify and engage talent to support current and future client project needs.

Applicant Tracking System

  • Manage recruiting workflows and documentation within the UKG Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure candidate records, communications, and hiring stages are accurately tracked.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal leadership and project teams to understand staffing needs for internal and external projects.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring challenges.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience recruiting for roles related to manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or industrial operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, preferably UKG.
  • Experience using sourcing platforms such as **LinkedIn and Indeed.
