Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, R&D, leadership, and volume hiring mandates, especially for mid-to-senior level roles.
  • Extensive experience in headhunting, market mapping, and consultative hiring approaches.
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates using various sourcing methods like portals, social media, and passive talent engagement.
  • Strong understanding and experience of working in consulting or search firms, handling large volumes of hiring across sectors.
  • Maintain a consistent and data-driven recruitment process including weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and hiring metrics.
  • Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, reference checks, and ensure post-offer engagement for better joining conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams and hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs and design strategic sourcing plans accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with Taggd processes, ethics, and client guidelines during every step of the hiring cycle.


Job Requirements:

• Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, R&D hiring, leadership hiring, and bulk/volume hiring

• Prior experience in consulting/recruitment agency background is mandatory

• Proven ability to independently manage diverse roles across functions and industries
