Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of hiring needs.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, R&D, leadership, and volume hiring mandates, especially for mid-to-senior level roles.

Extensive experience in headhunting, market mapping, and consultative hiring approaches.

Source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates using various sourcing methods like portals, social media, and passive talent engagement.

Strong understanding and experience of working in consulting or search firms, handling large volumes of hiring across sectors.

Maintain a consistent and data-driven recruitment process including weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and hiring metrics.

Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, reference checks, and ensure post-offer engagement for better joining conversions.

Collaborate closely with business teams and hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs and design strategic sourcing plans accordingly.

Ensure compliance with Taggd processes, ethics, and client guidelines during every step of the hiring cycle.
Job Requirements:
• Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, R&D hiring, leadership hiring, and bulk/volume hiring
• Prior experience in consulting/recruitment agency background is mandatory
• Proven ability to independently manage diverse roles across functions and industries
