The Role
This is a client facing, revenue focused role designed for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives on winning new business and growing existing accounts.
You will be fully dedicated to business development, relationship management, and revenue growth, while delivery is handled by TalentHive's specialist recruitment teams. This structure allows you to focus purely on clients, partnerships, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities New Business Development
- Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients across TalentHive's service offerings
- Develop and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across Contingent, Retained, and RPO models
- Lead consultative sales conversations with HR, TA, and senior business stakeholders
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service models in line with TalentHive's commercial framework
Account Management & Growth
- Nurture and expand existing client relationships to maximise long term revenue
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, exclusivity, retained mandates, and RPO engagements
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
Market & Brand Representation
- Represent TalentHive professionally in the market, at meetings, and industry events
- Maintain strong market knowledge across TalentHive's key verticals
- Provide feedback to leadership on client needs, market trends, and growth opportunities
Required Experience & Profile
- 5+ years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Consultant within an agency
- Proven track record in new business generation and account management
- Strong understanding of recruitment sales, pricing models, and client negotiation
- Confident engaging with HR, Talent Acquisition, and C level stakeholders
- Self motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a remote first structure
- Must be based in Dubai with the right to work in the UAE
