Your Role

You will play a key role in strengthening Edari’s internal hiring capability and delivering a seamless candidate experience to all our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract high-calibre talent using innovative sourcing methods.
• Screen, assess and manage candidate pipelines for internal and client-facing roles.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure best practices across our ATS.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops and support onboarding.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Edari, representing our values with professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience of working on senior / director level roles.
• A people-focused recruiter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prior recruitment experience is an advantage (agency or in-house).
• A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership.

Availability & Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the UAE .
• Immediate availability or a maximum 30-day notice period is preferred.
