Senior Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units.
  • Source and attract candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
  • Conduct in-depth screening and competency-based interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Shortlist and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear assessment insights.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accuracy of candidate data.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings, as needed.
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline status).
  • Support employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, and job fairs.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with the HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoff of selected candidates.
  • Liaise with employees and PROs to gather and verify required documentation for employment.
  • Maintain accurate visa records and documentation for audits and internal reporting.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies and communicate updates to management.
  • Support onboarding of new employees with visa and residency-related procedures.
  • Assist with visa processing for business travel, partner visits, or special projects as required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in recruitment for white collar roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience in PowerBI is an advantage.
  • Must have strong reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Arabic speaker is a must.
