We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years HR experience in the real estate industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (agents, sales, admin, marketing)
  • Handle onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, and HR compliance
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals
  • Partner with management on workforce planning and hiring strategy

Requirements

  • Proven HR experience within the real estate industry is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working with a developer in UAE is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of real estate hiring cycles and commission-based structures
  • Experience hiring real estate agents and sales teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
