Senior Recruitment Specialist - Oil & Gas Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Oil & Gas recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing highly qualified technical and non-technical professionals, and supporting large-scale manpower projects within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Source and screen candidates for Oil & Gas projects (Engineering, Technical, Offshore, Onshore, EPC, Maintenance, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Oil & Gas roles
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain ATS/CRM records
• Ensure compliance with local and international recruitment regulations
• Meet recruitment targets and project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas industry recruitment
• Strong knowledge of technical roles (Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, HSE, QA/QC, Project Management, etc.)
• Experience handling large-volume manpower mobilization
• Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, databases, networking)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for GCC Oil & Gas projects
• Knowledge of visa processing and overseas recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
