Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Oil & Gas recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing highly qualified technical and non-technical professionals, and supporting large-scale manpower projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source and screen candidates for Oil & Gas projects (Engineering, Technical, Offshore, Onshore, EPC, Maintenance, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Oil & Gas roles
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain ATS/CRM records
- Ensure compliance with local and international recruitment regulations
- Meet recruitment targets and project deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas industry recruitment
- Strong knowledge of technical roles (Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, HSE, QA/QC, Project Management, etc.)
- Experience handling large-volume manpower mobilization
- Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, databases, networking)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for GCC Oil & Gas projects
- Knowledge of visa processing and overseas recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
