Role Purpose:
-Manage the ADIB@WORK regional team business plan to achieve a well-defined business goals/KPIs focused on NTB acquisition.
-Maintain adequate controls, satisfactory business conduct while continuing to share competition scans and market practices.
-Maintain existing regional strategic relationships, identify and develop new opportunities/relationships, new venues to increase NTB business acquisition, while ensure ADIB brand presence/recall within top employers.
-Develop & execute strategic plans, business engagements & operating model, expanded business within targeted groups/corporates.

Key Accountabilities of the role
Manage a regional Business team (10 Sr. RO/RO) covering Dubai & NE region including corporate portfolio assigned.
Identify & acquire new markets, propose regional engagement strategies.
Design & propose niche propositions & policies (segment/industry specific) aligning with the unit's operating model, KPIs & propose relevant policy/process enhancements & fixes.
Maintain existing strategic relationships, identify/develop new relationships/venues to increase NTB business acquisition, while ensure ADIB brand presence/recall within top employers.
Rollout regional employer engagement activation plans focused on targeted sectors & industries including WBG, Community banking, BBD corporates to drive new corporates activation (kiosks/onboarding/packages/MOUs) and achieve the units NTB & x-sell business targets.
Conduct robust performance monitoring system to drive business growth.
Ensure synergy between business & support team to achieve business objectives/goals.
Drive utilization of new digital assets & the enhancement of processes and platforms.
Act as a regional SPOC & leverage liaison points between @WORK & other businesses (WBG/BBD/Community), channels (branches/DSU) & segments (Private & Priority), Credit, GCD, Products ...etc. to achieve the regional targeted business flows and x-sell.
Maintain sound, adequate business controls & satisfactory business conduct aligning with the bank's governance.
