ARM Investments is one of its companies, which is a private investment platform that deploys capital into asset-backed, scalable, and operationally strong opportunities across the UAE and the United States. These opportunities include industrial assets, EB-5 programs, and franchise-backed operating businesses.

The Position

Sugarland Petroleum is seeking a motivated and well-connected representative to assist in the securing of investment capital for ARM Investments.

NOTE: This role is for senior capital professionals only. We are not seeking junior relationship managers, advisors-in-training, or individuals without immediate access to deployable private capital.

The ideal candidate will be able to mobilize private capital immediately, own investor relationships end-to-end, and lead a targeted USD 50M+ capital raise by 2026 across ARM Investment and EB-5 offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise capital across ARM Investment and EB-5 platforms
• Activate and monetize an existing investor and family office network in Karachi, Pakistan and the wider GCC
• Lead fundraising for industrial assets, EB-5 programs, franchise concepts, and private investment opportunities
• Present sophisticated private investments with authority and credibility
• Act as ARM Investment’s primary representative in the Karachi, Pakistan investment market
• Report to CEO and Senior Leadership on progress and opportunities

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Existing, monetizable network of family offices and UHNW/HNW investors
• Proven track record raising capital for private or alternative investments
• Strong credibility and market presence in Karachi, Pakistan
• Ability to generate capital inflows immediately

Other Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in raising funds for any substantial project
• Communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented
• Effective communication skills in English , and Arabic . Familiarity with Urdu will be an added advantage.

Compensation

• Commission only: 1%–3% of capital raised. No base salary unless exceptional.
