About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Elite Business Banking team. This role is designed for a high-performing individual who thrives on building deep client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving portfolio growth. You’ll be the trusted advisor to our Elite Business Banking and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients, ensuring their banking experience is seamless, personalized, and value-driven. This role reports to Senior Vice President, Head of Elite- Business Banking Liabilities.
What You Will Be Doing

Identify and onboard new Elite Business Banking and HNWI clients to grow a robust and profitable portfolio.

Ensure smooth onboarding aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.

Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients by understanding their unique financial goals.

Deliver customized banking and investment solutions to enhance portfolio value and client loyalty.

Develop retention strategies for high-value clients to ensure long-term engagement.

Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and service targets through strategic relationship management.

Drive revenue generation by focusing on low-cost transactional money and other income streams.

Promote cross-selling opportunities across the bank’s full suite of products and services.

Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with business banking activities.

Coordinate with service and back-office teams to meet client expectations and resolve queries efficiently.

Handle SAS and Correspondent Bank queries within defined turnaround times.

Gather market insights to support product development and enhance customer offerings.

Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
What We Are Looking For

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent for Expats and Higher Degree Diploma or equivalent qualifications for Nationals (MBA preferred)

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in Branch Banking, Operations, Relationship Management, or Customer Service, preferably in a similar role managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWI)

Industry:
Exposure to Banking or financial services, with a focus on relationship management, or financial services sales
