Job Description


  • At least 8 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sustainability, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Experience with ESG, sustainability, or impact assessment is a plus.
  • UAE market experience required.
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills


Responsibilities


  • Apply ESG and sustainability principles to all client interactions and portfolio management.
  • Create a culture of sustainability and ESG awareness among SME clients and within FAB.
  • Seamless collaboration with Group ESG, Business Banking, and other teams to deliver program objectives.
  • Uphold FAB and Group ESG team values
  • Acquire, onboard, and manage relationships with SME clients in priority sustainability sectors.
  • Conduct ESG impact assessments and support clients in meeting program criteria.
  • Advise clients on FAB’s suite of financial products, including sustainability-linked loans, trade finance, and supply chain solutions.
  • Facilitate client access to FAB’s network, including partnerships with accelerators, chambers, and large corporate clients.
  • Monitor client progress, provide ongoing advisory, and identify opportunities for growth and impact.
  • Support the development and execution of outreach, marketing, and educational initiatives for SME clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for client interactions, impact metrics, and program KPIs.
  • Continuously develop expertise in sustainability, ESG, and SME banking to stay ahead of market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent FAB and the SME Sustainability Program at external events, forums, and partnership meetings


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, sustainability, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship management, SME banking, and/or sustainability.
  • Strong technical, analytical, collaboration, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
