Senior Reporting Manager (Project Control)

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Senior Reporting Manager to join our Project Control team. In this key leadership role, you will take charge of developing and managing comprehensive reporting frameworks that monitor project performance and drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure that critical information is communicated effectively and that projects are delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities::

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reporting processes and standards for project monitoring and control.
• Analyze project data and key performance indicators to generate actionable insights and recommendations for project performance enhancement.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, summarizing project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting across all project phases.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting requirements and objectives.
• Mentor and guide the reporting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in project control, reporting, or data analytics, with a strong focus on large-scale projects.
• Proven experience leading reporting teams and managing complex reporting processes.
• Strong proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
