Senior Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for real estate, extensive market knowledge, and a sharp analytical mindset to play a pivotal role in supporting the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strategic insights and market intelligence that inform business decisions, shape client strategies, and drive the success of a range of real estate data projects and initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure the timely production and delivery of data-driven reports, briefings, and commentary that address specific operational and strategic needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate research and analytics, with the ability to transform complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights. You will be adept at managing datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and market shifts across the UAE and wider region.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative market research to generate valuable insights
• Build, maintain, and refine structured datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Perform regular data audits to uphold high standards of data quality
• Analyse internal and external real estate data to support commercial decision-making
• Produce regular market briefings, insight papers, and commentary for internal use
• Monitor real estate policy, regulatory changes, and planning frameworks to assess market implications
• Translate complex data into clear, insight-led outputs for reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand research requirements and deliver tailored outputs
• Support RFPs and technical submissions with relevant market data and analysis
• Participate in client meetings and prepare written materials as required
• Represent the research function internally and externally through presentations and published commentary
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and monitor the competitive research landscape across the UAE and wider region

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate research, with exposure to residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors
• In-depth knowledge of the local UAE real estate market; familiarity with the wider MENA region is highly advantageous
• Proven experience in managing research projects and supporting team members

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong organisational skills with a structured, analytical approach
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable preparing client-ready outputs
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau (preferred)
• Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python (desirable but not essential)
