Senior Research Analyst

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Research Analyst who can independently handle PhD and research projects end-to-end. The role requires strong subject knowledge, research methodology expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to guide junior analysts while ensuring high-quality research delivery to clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle complete PhD research projects from proposal to final synopsis.
• Analyze client requirements and convert them into clear research objectives.
• Develop problem statements, objectives, methodology, and novelty.
• Design research frameworks, models, and algorithms as per domain.
• Support simulation, data analysis, validation, and result interpretation.
• Prepare research papers, journals, conference papers, and technical documents.
• Guide and review work done by junior research analysts.
• Ensure research work meets journal and university standards.
• Coordinate with quality, journal, and technical teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation and project tracking.

Required Skills :

• Strong knowledge of research methodology & academic writing
• Experience in journal paper preparation and revisions
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
• Good communication and mentoring skills

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 1–6 years of experience in PhD assistance or research-based organizations
• Master’s or PhD in Engineering / Science / Technology / Relevant Domain
• Strong understanding of publication standards and plagiarism norms
