As a member of the Professional Services & Asset & Wealth Management team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that shape the future of businesses. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop industry analysis / trends reports and Point of Views (POVs).

• Conduct secondary research to gather data and insights for client projects.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.

• Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients.

• Provide thought leadership and insights to clients in areas of expertise.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Core Competencies:

• Knowledge of major customer segments, common products, and product types.

• Knowledge of major players in the industry and competitive landscape.

• Understanding of industry standard processes and methodologies.

• Understanding of the industry regulatory environment.

• Well versed in using General web for research and prompt engineering via Gen AI.

• Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

• Knowledge of research methodologies, databases (Capital IQ, Pitchbook etc.) and data analysis techniques.

• Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working.

• Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude.

• Ability to identify pro-actively ways to contribute to firm’s goals & mission.

• Ability to understand the consulting business environment, language, and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or market research.

• 5+ years of experience in research or consulting, with a focus on delivering insights and analysis to clients.

• Seasoned research professional with a strong focus on cross-industry industry.

• Should have flair to work across different sectors (Retail, Consumer Goods, ESG, Industrial Goods, Pharma, Financial Services, Economics, etc.).

• Should be aware of companies, recent trends and terminologies across multiple sectors.

• Knowledge of databases like Factiva, Thomson One, Orbis, Capital IQ, Euromonitor, Mintel, etc.
