Job Overview:

The individual is responsible for leading and managing research projects end-to-end — from proposal design and execution to analysis and presentation. The role involves converting complex data into meaningful insights, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Project Leadership & Management:

  • Independently manage small to medium-scale research projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop research proposals, sampling frameworks, and cost estimates in consultation with the Research Manager.
  • Design research instruments (questionnaires, discussion guides) aligned with client objectives.

2. Data Analysis & Insight Development:

  • Lead data processing, validation, and interpretation to extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop storylines and insight-based reports that highlight key findings and implications for clients.
  • Ensure analytical accuracy and strategic clarity in all deliverables.
  • Integrate multiple data sources (quantitative, qualitative, and secondary data) to create comprehensive business stories.

3. Client Servicing & Relationship Building:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring responsiveness and proactive communication.
  • Present research findings to clients and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through quality service and problem-solving approach.

4. Collaboration & Team Development:

  • Mentor and guide Research Executives or interns on project coordination and analysis tasks.
  • Collaborate with operations, analytics, and data visualization teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and pitches.

5. Qualifications & Skills:

· Completed graduation – Degree in Business Administration, preferably but not limited to marketing.

· Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in the research industry.

· Analytical ability with proven numeracy skills.

· Computer literacy – proficiency in MS Office.
