- Making decision to send specific investigations
- Making decision on further hematological analysis;
- Liaising with other medical professionals such as clinical hematologist to discuss patient treatment plans;
Producing quantitative data in the form of reports and providing key information to medical staff about a patient’s condition

Understands and can explain site specific effects, side-effects of radiation to the patients

Liase with the nursing staff, dietician, RTTs, Medical Physicists and Radiologists for patient specific needs
Record and administer patient information literature for each disease site

Knows the mould room procedures and immobilization devices

Supervise the correct preparation of immobilization devices
-
Ordering special set-up for each site for simulation for Linacs/ Cyberknife/ Brachytherapy

Liasing with Radiology and nursing for fiducial placement

Checking the fiducial visualization and performing LOT check on Cyberknife
-
Fusion of pre-surgery, intra-op or multi modal radiological images
-
Contours the gross tumour, clinical, internal target volumes and planning target volumes

Contours the organs at risk and planning risk volumes
-
Verifies cross-sectional doses
-
Interprets the dose volume histogram and interacts with Medical Physicist

Prescribes the dose for delivery and prepares dose chart for RTT

Prescribes the target doses and constraints for organs and risk & planning risk volumes
Candidate must be MD / DNB in Radiation Oncology.
Candidate must be 0 to 4 Yrs of experience
