Senior Resident Dentist

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Dentist to join our team in Bandlaguda. This vital role combines providing excellent general dentistry care to patients with assuming leadership of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient management, exceptional clinical expertise, and demonstrate the ability to motivate and guide a team of dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Dentistry:
• Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures including fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
• Provide preventative care and oral hygiene education to patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Clinic Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor dental associates, hygienists, and assistants.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations and a high standard of patient care.
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Address any patient concerns or staff issues professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree or equivalent.
• Valid license to practice dentistry in Telangana.
• MDS preferred with 3+ years experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a practicing dentist.
• Proficiency in a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with patients.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, with experience in team management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
