Senior Resident Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer (RE) to join our team for ongoing infrastructure and road development projects. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing all site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in line with project specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise all on-site activities related to infrastructure and road construction.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance with design drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
• Oversee contractor performance, monitor progress, and coordinate effectively with the client, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and ensure implementation of approved quality plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections, verify measurements, and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain smooth project execution.
• Lead progress meetings, prepare reports, and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide Assistant Resident Engineers, Inspectors, and site teams for consistent performance and project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15 plus years of experience in infrastructure and road projects, including highways, utilities, and associated civil works.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or highway projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, project execution, and construction supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
